I watched a girl I know get a tattoo on a webcam on Stickam Chat. Her brother was the artist and after meeting him I wouldn't let him paint the letters on my mailbox let alone ink my skin. He free handed something that ended up looking like a colony of tapeworms on the back of her neck. After seeing some of there failed attempts at expression, I realize the need for the designs to be thought out and well planned and a competency test should be administered to both the tattooee and tattooer.
